Take a small handful & rub yourself all-over using a circular motion. Start at your feet and work up towards your heart (for best circulation benefits). Massage a bit more wherever you feel the need. Leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse off under the shower. Take care in case the oils are a bit slippery underfoot. That’s it! Enjoy the feel of beautiful, soft skin.
